The short version

Consumers in the EU, the UK and Switzerland can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.Because your fax is sent immediately at your request, you pay for what was delivered before you withdrew — and once the fax has gone through, the right ends for that service.To withdraw, email support@faxly.com. 01Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (THEONLINESAASCOMPANY LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, support@faxly.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

02Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

03Immediate performance and when the right ends

Faxly sends your fax the moment your payment is confirmed. By placing your order you expressly request that we begin performing the service before the withdrawal period ends, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal in respect of that service once it has been fully performed — that is, once your fax has been delivered. A 48-Hour Pass or Faxly Standard plan that you withdraw from within the period is refunded in proportion to the time and pages used, as described above; you can also cancel online at any time, and our Refund Policy applies to everyone regardless of this notice.

05Who this applies to

This notice implements the right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. It does not limit our Refund Policy, which applies to every customer, and it does not apply to purchases made by businesses.
